cyser/braggot experiment

so i brewed a ESB and rinsed my grains after, got about 1 gallon of wort boiled it down to a gravity of 1.050 so about 3/4 of gallon after. added 1/2 gallon of apple juice and 5lbs of wildflower honey and some raisins.
cooled down and added to the ferrnentor with 1 and 1/2 gallons more apple juice.
added a small starter of D-47 with yeast energizer and nutrient.
added another dose of each today and another in 2 days.
OG was 1.108
Keg 1- Red Dog IPA
Keg 2- coconut brown
Keg 3- Peach Sour
Keg 4- Neveu Saison
Keg 5- ESB
Keg 6-
Keg 7- Curieux Dog

it smelled great when i opened it up add the nutrients and energizer.
may end up splitting it up and oaking some or dry hopping some, not sure yet.
