I have 2 at the moment. One is an oatmeal brown 75% 2 row, 10% chocolate malt, 15% gelantized oats, .85oz Kent goldings at 60, .15 kent goldings at 15 and then US-05. And my other that I am making atm is something similar to a rice pilsner. 75% 2 row or pilsner (depending on what was available at the time. Currently 2 row), 25% rice, .5 oz Kent goldings at 60 and .5oz Kent Goldings at 0.

nice, what yeast are you using for the pilsner?

I have tried wlp830, wlp820 and w34-70

wlp830 for me was the best so far, 9lbs pilsner and 1lb rice. saaz 1.5oz @60 1.5oz @30, 1oz @FO
wlp820 was for an oktoberfest, then the yeast cake for another lager both turned out very good
the dry yeast w34-70 did a good job, but i dont think i added enough bittering saaz hops.
