Wyeast 3711??
« on: October 15, 2021, 12:16:30 AM »
gearing up to brew a saison, it is not a style i brew often, but my nephew said he likes them. So I have to brew a nice one. I have brewed a few a couple years back but they were kits with Belle saison dry yeast.
heard that the french saison yeast is a pretty reliable yeast compared to others that tend to stall out halfway through fermentation. just curious if anyone has used this strain before and if you have what temp did you ferment at?

Hi Combat,

3711 is a great yeast!  I've used it on saisons in the past and I highly recommend you try it.  I had the ambient temperature at 71 degrees F.
