Im going to be making a Rice Ale tomorrow and then be ordering my ingredients for my test weizenbock

Aging - Strawberry cinamon melomel
Planning - Coffee Porter, All grain brewmagoos oatmeal chocolate vanilla stout

brewing my first ESB this weekend, just made my starter wyeast ESB 1968.
11lbs Maris otter
.5lb  caramel 10L
.25lb crystal 120L
mashed at 131f for 15m then 152f for 50m mash out 167f for 10m
2oz east kent goldings @60
1oz east kent goldings @0

fermenting @72f then raising to 76F for a few days then crashing to 35f
Keg 1- Red Dog IPA
Keg 2- coconut brown
Keg 3- Peach Sour
Keg 4- Neveu Saison
Keg 5- ESB
Keg 6-
Keg 7- Curieux Dog
FV1- 
FV2-

I’m gonna brew a festa brew red ale this weekend. Gonna dry hop it and see where we end up.

Just brewed V2 of my brown ale
5 lbs 2 row
9 oz Chocolate Malt
about 2ish pounds (didnt really pay attention just kinda dumped the last 3/4 of the containter) of Oats

Mashed at 155 for 1 hour
90 Min boil
1 oz Tettnang at 60

Currently fermenting
