Heat Pad
« on: October 30, 2020, 08:22:06 PM »
Hi all,
Just a quick question, How long do I leave the fermentation vessels on the heat pads. At the moment the air locks are bubbling away, do I turn off the heat pads when there is no more activity in the airlocks or do I leave the heat on until i am about to Bottle??

Thanks all.

what is the temp of the ferment?
do you have a way to control the heat pads?
what type of beer are you brewing?
I usually ferment ales at 65-68F and warm them up at the end for 2 days to 70-72F
also what yeast are you using?
Keg 1- Red Dog IPA
Keg 2- coconut brown
Keg 3- Peach Sour
Keg 4- Neveu Saison
Keg 5- ESB
Keg 6-
Keg 7- Curieux Dog
