BEFORE THE BREW DAY
Starter required? - suggested


MASH
Mash in temp: 164F
Mash step: 60min @152F 3.125 gal
Sparge:      15min @165F 4.425 gal


GRAIN BILL
6.5lb Wheat Malt     60%
3.5lb Munich             33%
9oz   Crystal 60L        5%
3oz   Chocolate malt  3%

HOPS 
1oz Hallertua   4.5%AA  @60min


YEAST
WLP300


MISC PROCESS
Dough-in with 3.125 gallons of water at 165 degrees. You will reach a mash temp of 152 degrees. Mash for 1 hour. Sparge with 4.425 gallons of 177 degree water.
Begin 60 minute boil and add hops at beginning of boil.
Cool to 70 degrees, pitch yeast. Ferment for two weeks. Blow-off tube will most likely be necessary. Secondary for 1 week, force carbonate at 25 psi for 3 days or bottle.
